COVID-19 REVISION
Due to the current unforeseen pandemic, it is imperative that we all do our part and take the necessary steps to keep each other safe. Excellent hygiene and cleanliness have always been our number one priority and it will remain that way. Your artist will be wearing a mask/face shield and gloves with all appointments. Clients will be asked to remove their face masks in order to properly be serviced. The work space as well as client chair will be thoroughly wiped down and sanitized before and after each client. Disposable products and tools will be used where possible and ALL CLIENTS must wash and sanitize hands at the arrival of their appointment.
If for any reason you are feeling sick, PLEASE be honest and RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT for at least 14 days after your originally scheduled appointment. ALL CLIENTS TEMPERATURES WILL BE TAKEN USING A TOUCH FREE THERMOMETER UPON ARRIVAL TO THEIR APPOINTMENTS. If your temperature is 100.4 °F (38 °C) or higher, you will be denied services and asked to leave. If you decide to show up to your appointment with a fever and/or clear signs of illness, you will be asked to leave and your appointment WILL NOT be rescheduled and any paid deposits will be lost.

Client Policy
Clients are expected to arrive to their appointment ON TIME and with NO makeup (this includes false lashes). Clients are also expected to arrive with a washed and cleaned face.
Payment Policy
Forms of Payment: DEBIT/CREDIT CARDS, APPLE PAY, GOOGLE PAY, SAMSUNG PAY, VAGARO PAY LATER & CASH
Travel Policy
Travel is provided for groups of (3) or more only for an additional travel fee. With the exception of clients who book “Luxury CatFace (Travel Appointment)” or “Bridal Makeup”. If booking “Bridal Makeup”, you must also add the travel fee to your cart as it’s not included in the price.
Cancellation Policy
All clients have the right to cancel services for whatever reason however, all deposits will be forfeited and are NON-REFUNDABLE. We kindly ask that all cancellations for regular makeup services be done at least 48 hours PRIOR to appointment and all bridal services be canceled at least ONE MONTH PRIOR for domestic weddings and THREE MONTHS PRIOR for international/destination weddings. Cancellations done after the allotted grace periods will incur additional fees on top of the lost deposit. Our late cancellation fee is equal to 35% of the cost of your service.
Refund Policy
We offer 100% satisfaction guaranteed on all makeup services. A client leaving the makeup chair is equivalent to acknowledgment and acceptance of services, therefore there are NO RETURNS on makeup services rendered.
There are NO RETURNS on lashes and/or lash products. (If you receive your products and they do not exceed your expectations, please reach out to us for 15% off of your next purchase.)
Late Policy
All clients are expected to be mindful of the times they’re scheduling appointments and arrive to their appointments ON TIME. There will be a $25 LATE FEE applied after 15 minutes of tardiness. After 20 minutes, ALL appointments are subject to cancellation.
CatFace prides themselves on punctuality. If we are traveling to you and for some reason arrive over 15 minutes late, $10 will be deducted from your service total. If we arrive 30 mins late, $20 will be deducted from your service total and anything over 45 minutes will deduct $40 from your service total.
Use of Images
CatFace Makeup Artistry LLC uses pictures to advertise and market their work and products. Therefore, every client is subject to having their photos taken and the images used. This includes before and after photos. Booking an appointment with CatFace is equivalent to acknowledging and agreeing to these terms. If for some reason you would like to opt out of having your images used, please reach out to CatFace Makeup Artistry PRIOR to your appointment.
Shipping Policy
- All orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days, excluding holidays and weekends.
- Upon placing your order you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
- All domestic and international orders ship USPS Priority
- Domestic order flat rate = $7.65 (2-3 business days)
- International order flat rate = $35 (7-14 business days)
- PLEASE NOTE: CatFace Makeup Artistry LLC and Lashy Taffy Luxury Mink Lashes are not responsible for any delays in orders for ANY reason once it has left our facility. (Please ensure your shipping address is correct PRIOR to placing your order as the shipping address provided at the time of your order will be the shipping address products are shipped to.)
Liability
All brushes and makeup products are kept sanitary and are deep cleaned between every client and makeup application. Any skin conditions or allergies are the responsibility of the client and should be reported by the client to the artist PRIOR to application. ALL CLIENTS agree to release the artist, Catresse Freeman (Cat) and CatFace Makeup Artistry LLC from liability for any skin complications or reactions due to makeup services or products.
Client consultation forms MUST BE COMPLETED for all MICROSHADING AND FACIALS SERVICES PRIOR to your appointment!
Right to Refuse Services
If the artist feels that the client has any skin conditions that could be infected or unsanitary, we reserve the right to refuse services. If the client reports extensive allergies or skin irritants, the artist has the right to refuse services.
The artist also has the right to refuse services for any other reason they see fit.
Satisfaction Guaranteed
We offer 100% satisfaction guaranteed. Makeup is completed to the client’s satisfaction and every client will be given the opportunity to request tweaks and changes to their makeup during their appointment. Acceptance of completed makeup application and payment by client is acknowledgment by the client that makeup has been completed to his/her satisfaction.
