Lashy Taffy Luxury Mink Lashes

Can I purchase Lashes Separately?

Lashy Taffy lashes are sold in kits so that customers have all they need to apply their lashes.

Although lashes are sold in kits, additional lashes can be added to your kit individually at checkout.

Are lashy Taffy Lashes REAL mink?

YES. Our lashes are 100% real mink, handmade and cruelty free.

Do you honor returns/exchanges?

We sell handpicked luxury mink lashes at an affordable price therefore if you are not happy with your lashes upon receiving them, please reach out and let us know for 15% off a new lash style. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on lashes for the protection of ourselves and our customers and for obvious sanitary reasons.

How does the MUA discount Work?

To receive the 10% MUA discount you must either have a valid and active professional website OR purchase (5) or more items at once. When (5) or more items are purchased at once, the discount is automatically applied. To receive the MUA discount without purchasing (5) or more items, please email lashytaffy@getcatfaced.com PRIOR to your purchase to receive our special MUA Discount code.

What’s Included With My Lashes?

All lashes come complete in a SET which includes (1) pair of luxury mink strip lashes, (1) eyelash case of choice, (1) Lashy Lash Adhesive, (1) lash wand and (1) Lashy Taffy Lash guide.

Can I bring a friend?

Absolutely NO outside guests who are not being serviced are allowed. Please be mindful and plan accordingly and make arrangements upon booking your appointment. If you show up to your appointment with guests, they will be asked to wait outside for the duration of your appointment. NO EXCEPTIONS.

are you open for business during covid?

CatFace has began accepting all bookings again effective August 2020 however, services have been slightly modified for the protection of ourselves as well as our clients. Please see “COVID-19 Revision” under “Policy”.

Do you travel?

YES. Please see our “Travel Policy” under “Policy” and “Travel Fee” under “Services”.

Do you honor returns/exchanges?

No. CatFace promises satisfaction guaranteed. If you are not happy with makeup services, please inform your artist PRIOR to leaving your appointment.

I don’t know what type of makeup look i am going for

It is good practice to look on sites like pinterest, or under popular makeup #hashtags like #makeupjunkie #fiercesociety #instamakeup and #wakeupandmakeup for makeup inspo. You could also get your inspiration from past looks from Cat’s “CatFolio” or the work of other artists. If you have an open mind and aren’t going for a specific look, you could always just let Cat freestyle.

do you do destination weddings?

YES. All travel and expenses must be paid by client and wedding must be booked with non refundable deposit in the amount of $200 paid at least 3 MONTHS BEFORE the date of the event.

how can i “give you a try” before booking you for my wedding?

If you are interested in booking CatFace for your special day but would like a trial run first, please see “Bridal Trial” under “Services”. (Please note that some bridal packages/specials include a FREE trial.)

Can I bring my own lashes?

Lashes are included with every makeup service provided by CatFace. We house a variety of lash styles to suite everyones needs. We also sell luxury mink strip lashes through our sister company, Lashy Taffy Luxury Mink Lashes. We prefer to work with our own lashes and not over the work of someone else. We charge a $10 fee to use 3rd party lashes and/or if you come to your appointment with lash extensions. Thanks for understanding.

How Should I Prepare for my appointment?

Please come with your face thoroughly washed and clean and NO makeup.
